Dear Oenophile.
Kelly (Chef/Owner Suite 100) loves challenging himself and his crew by creating delicious matches to the wines I bring him. This time it’s King Estate. Once the hallmark of Oregon Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Today they have a respectable line up of Chardonnay, Cabernet, Riesling and Rose! Mark my words the world will soon be abuzz about Oregon Chardonnay. You’ll see! As a special reward we will be sampling the 2010 NxNW Walla Walla Cabernet 52% Heather Hill, 48% Seven Hills. This is a rich aromatic Cabernet that can compete with any in the world.No surprise it’s Walla Walla fruit.
