Small Vineyards Italian Wine Tasting

Published

on

Small vineyards is, just that. An importing company that specializes in small family owned wineries. These are things you would find if you were living in Italy. We will taste from the top to the bottom. Crazy stuff like a Schioppettino from Friuli Colli Orientali up on the Slovina border , Cannonau from Sardina, Montepulciano from Biferno, Negroamaro from Salento in the heel of the boot, Lambrusco from Emilia Romagna and of course good old Sangiovese from Tuscany. Interesting huh?

There is only one venue to hold us and that’s Villa Nova where owner and chef Georgio works his magic. Did you know he was born in Taormina Sicily, studied at the Culinary Institute of Milan and the Cordon Bleu in France? Our last event there still has people talking. Seating will be limited. The tickets are $55 per person. The date and time are Thursday Jan 24th at 6:30PM.
