Let me begin by wishing you and yours the best this Holiday season! To that end we will be holding a fabulous tasting on Saturday December 15th on the restaurant side of the Southside Bistro. We will be sampling some stunning fair just in time for Christmas gift giving. The tasting will start a 2 pm and run till 3:30 pm. Cost are $35.00 per reservation. There will be plenty of seating and lovely breads and such from the wood fired oven. We will have 4 pouring stations set up with many selections at each. The focus is on the more rare and collectible wines. This is the stuff you never get to try!  The following is a teaser of what we are going to taste. We don’t have everything selected but you can see where we are going. I can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon!
