Mannina Cellars is exactly the kind of wine I like to promote. Family owned and operated Mannina is named after Don Redman’s maternal Grandmother. Located in Walla Walla  Washington the wines are awesome sturdy aromatic Cabernet’s and Cabernet blends. You know what they say, it’s not the destination but the journey.  This is one winery to watch!

Georgio is personally selecting the appetizers for each flight. We will have 6 wines and 3 flights. Seating is on the Bar side of the restaurant. Reservations are $45 gratuity included.
