Call of the Wild Wine Tasting

That’s right! Wine from Jack London’s famous estate “Beauty Ranch” in Glen Ellen, Sonoma, California. Originally planted in 1870 the current vineyard is now on terraces started by London. Neighboring Kenwood Vineyards purchased the fruit in 1976 and have been making the wines ever since.  All the Jack London wines bear the Wolf Head bookplate logo. I have always admired these wines for their intensity and structure. They age well and the vineyard has stood the test of time.
Please join myself Mike McVittie and the Northwest Regional Sales Manager Daren Fedrickson for a tasting of California’s heritage at Orso’s Restaurant in their private dining room. We have space for 18 guests. Costs are $66.00 per person, gratuity inclusive.  The tasting will begin at 7:00 pm and consist of 6 and possibly 7 wines. A four course dinner served family style dinner will accompany.
Wines
Kenwood, “Sonoma”, ’10 Sauvignon Blanc, ’10 Moscato
Kenwood, “Jack London”, ’09 Cabernet Sauvignon, ’09 Merlot, ’07 Syrah, ’09 Zinfandel
Cheers and Thank You!
