Who is Elizabeth Spencer? It looks like it should be one person. But no, it’s the joining of Elizabeth Pressler and Spencer Graham. After pursuing their passion independently they finally joined forces, moved to sunny Saint Helena and started a winery of their very own. That was 15 years ago. Today they are still making small batches and producing the kinds of wines that will never make it into Safeway or Carrs.

Ok. So now we know this is our kinda stuff. On Saturday afternoon January 28th from 1PM to 3PM on the Dining Room side of the Southside Bistro our very own Larissa Wilhelme will teach and preach the fine attributes of Elizabeth Spencer wines. I couldn’t find very much in my paid subscriptions but  Cellar Tracker has great reviews. Go there and you will see how prolific this little winery is.
